Sean was very professional and super nice. He gave me the best estimate for my water softener, did not try to sell me anything else, and answered all my questions. For the installation he was on time, finished when he said he would and then went over everything with me. I am loving my new water softener!!
I have never worked with such a thorough plumbing co before! In 7 years no one has done such a complete job of cleaning and changing the RO canisters and filters under my sink!! I am so thankful to have pure drinking water for my family!! Also, they installed a new disposal and cleaned the whole area under my sink!! I am so totally grateful !!! Thank you!
Pure Water installed a water purifying and softening system, a disposal in the downstairs kitchenette, cleaned up the under-sink lines the builder made a hash of, installed two new stainless wrapped toilet supply lines and metal valves instead of the low quality rubber and plastic stuff the builder used, and replaced a failing PRV valve for us. Not only did they complete the contracted work for the quoted price, but they came back several times to correct issues that had nothing to do with their work, but with preexisting and underlying issues relating to the systems in place prior to their involvement.
