We had a water softener and two tankless RO units installed today and loved working with Sean and Eric. They were communicative, transparent, and easy to work with from estimate to installation. Our setup was unusual, but they handled it with expertise and helped us choose the right system without overbuilding it. We are very happy with the results and highly recommend them.
Sean was very professional and super nice. He gave me the best estimate for my water softener, did not try to sell me anything else, and answered all my questions. For the installation he was on time, finished when he said he would and then went over everything with me. I am loving my new water softener!!
Wonderful experience! We got a whole home water softener & reverse osmosis system installed and absolutely love it. Sean did an amazing job the first time he was here for the estimation and planning, and then an even better job today installing everything. Pure Water installed a water purifying and softening system, a disposal in the downstairs kitchenette, cleaned up the under-sink lines the builder made a hash of, installed two new stainless wrapped toilet supply lines and metal valves instead of the low quality rubber and plastic stuff the builder used, and replaced a failing PRV valve for us.
