Called to see if I could get assistance this one time loading 3 bottles into my car after having a recent surgery and the guys response is "I suggest you bring a friend to do that for you". Well why didn't I think of that. Um ya, no thank you, I won't be returning here. I've helped random strangers (elderly) in parking lots so many times. I understand you don't want to load everyone's water but come up with a nicer way of telling your paying customer this.
