Massage was good but customer service is poor. Demand tip as if you don’t pay for service. The customer service completely took away from the experience. The overall attitude felt unwelcoming, and what stood out the most was how the tip was handled. My experience was fantastic. The place was clean and smelled nice. We had a couples massage and thoroughly enjoyed it. The deep tissue was particularly wonderful. Unfortunately, the negative reviews seem to stem from customers who are unwilling to tip generously. It's essential to remember that these are local businesses and staff who rely on tips. If you can't afford to tip, it's likely you can't afford the service.Save up and come back when you have enough money.
