I love the fact that this place is so welcoming and they focus on relaxation the minute you come in the door. I suffer with all sorts of crazy ailments since getting into a car accident and decided to try saunas, at first my goal was just to feel relaxed, but I’m starting to see where it’s good for recovery. 10/10 sauna and cold plunge experience, and the most friendly staff. We visited their facial event as well and Fiona and Peyton took such great care of us.
It was an awesome, meditative and relaxing experience.
So many good reasons… Your facility is just so warm and inviting (awesome energy!) the equipment is top-notch, the people there are just so warm and inviting and helpful…the health benefits of sauna and cold plunge.. And I love how I feel when I leave.. I just enjoy being there… The whole experience from the time I get there till I leave is just the best!! 💖
