What a great experience, staff was informative & helpful. The infrared sauna was amazing. Even set at 150° it never felt overwhelming. I could sit in there forever. The ice bath on the other hand! Now that was freezing! Set at 45° & it stayed at 45° it was great 10/10 would will go again.
We had a wonderful experience today at Pure Sweat! There is truly nothing like this in Savannah. If you haven’t been I highly recommend checking it out. The contrast therapy, interestingly, is the perfect antidote to these hot, rainy days! Big shout out to Berry and Sabrina for their incredible help, hospitality, and knowledge! They made us feel right at home as they prepped us for the whole experience. We will definitely be back!
We love Pure Sweat. It has been a great date night doing the contrast therapy. We love how friendly they are and the service is incredible. We went once and have come back many times since.
