Great experience! The hostess, Karen, is wonderful. Courteous, helpful, knowledgeable. Always pleasant. Other than bringing your own water, everything else is provided. Easy process. It’s great for overall health, but I’m using it as part of a cancer protocol. So, for all of you that wouldn’t normally use an infrared sauna, yes, I’m calling out you men! Think of it as a cancer treatment that feels so much better than chemotherapy. I recommend Pure Sweat and Float Sauna!
Did an infrared sauna and a float! it was amazing. So relaxing! Environment was lovely and the staff made it so easy to know what to do and where to go! I will 100% be back!
