I have always enjoyed coming here previously, but recently had a very disappointing experience with this business through ClassPass. They repeatedly canceled my reservation at various times without explanation, despite availability showing on the app. After the third time I attempted to rebook, I received a text where I was told that weekends were now blocked for members. My experience at PS&F Brentwood has always been positive. The staff are super friendly and always helpful. The studio is well kept, organized and feels welcoming. I enjoy coming here very much.
This was my first float experience and I had really high expectations but unfortunately I did not have the most relaxing experience. The sound and music in my float pod did not work so I never heard the relaxing music and I could not tell when my float was going to end so I kept having to get out of the water to check my phone. The atmosphere is nice and they were kind at the desk but I wouldn’t go back.
