Absolutely love this studio!! Discovered it about two weeks ago and am so happy I did! After not exercising for a very long time and getting a lot older lol, it was a little daunting going to classes. The instructors have been so encouraging and are so welcoming and it has felt like home since day one. Highly recommend!
Absolutely love the staff and studio! It’s clean and welcoming and offers a variety of classes. I would give 5 stars if there were more options for classes in the evening aside from yoga. Would love a 6pm Pilates or barre option more than once a week! If you’re lucky enough to catch Hayley’s Pilates class, DO IT!
Classes are very relaxing , especially the hot yoga and sculpt ♀️
This is a great studio and everyone’s always so nice!
