This is honestly the best Pilates studio in the area. It’s close to home, super clean, organized, and has great prices with plenty of class times that aren’t always booked up. When I first started coming, I took Pilates, barre, sculpt, and even yoga, but lately I’ve been focusing mostly on Pilates. Some of my favorite instructors are Gracie, Sierra, Maleah, and Hayley — they all bring great energy and make the classes challenging in the best way. Absolutely love this studio!! Discovered it about two weeks ago and am so happy I did! After not exercising for a very long time and getting a lot older lol, it was a little daunting going to classes. The instructors have been so encouraging and are so welcoming and it has felt like home since day one. Highly recommend!
Absolutely love the staff and studio! It’s clean and welcoming and offers a variety of classes. I would give 5 stars if there were more options for classes in the evening aside from yoga. Would love a 6pm Pilates or barre option more than once a week! If you’re lucky enough to catch Hayley’s Pilates class, DO IT!
Classes are very relaxing , especially the hot yoga and sculpt ♀️
