Had great service. Very friendly delivery guys. Justin is very kind. Issues resolved really fast if any arise so far. Mr Scamp my service dog enjoys the love 🥰
We received very poor services and therefore cancelled the delivery. Whenever we called, there was no answer and no call back.
We’ve only ordered from this company twice, and unfortunately, we’ve had issues both times. One of the biggest frustrations is the lack of communication. No one ever answers the phone, and voicemails are never returned. It makes it incredibly difficult to resolve problems when they come up. Our most recent order was especially disappointing.
