Best spa ever!! They take so much care to protect and maintain your natural nails. Top notch service and the quality of their products is insane. And the spa is so welcoming and vibey! Highly highly recommend. And shout out to the beautiful Britt who always does a outstanding job!
This was my first time to Pure Spa. Erin did my manicure and a one hour massage. She was pleasant, friendly, professional and very skilled. The manicure turned out great; but the best of my experience was the massage. She used just the right pressure, it was relaxing and I didn’t want it to end! Thank you Erin … I will be back! I highly recommend Pure Spa.
Pure Spa is such a gem to have in the heart of Nanaimo. The ladies are all absolutely lovely and so welcoming! Their genuine smiles are so welcoming when you walk in and the aesthetics are calming for an appointment of relaxation. The owner Alison is such a charm to chat with and is a great business woman! Brit is an absolute darling human❤️❤️. Nanaimo is truly lucky to have such a fabulous spa space to go treat yourself for some self love and care.
I had made a reservation with the spa two weeks in advance as a birthday gift to my mom. When we arrived we were told there was no reservation. The gal wasn't helpful or even sorry, just basically told us "no, we have no reservation and we're booked." So we left, then I remembered we'd paid a deposit, so I got the deposit information and went back in, and the girl says "oh, that's what I needed!" (she should have asked for it then...). I felt welcome from the moment I walked in. The atmosphere was calm and serene and the complimentary coffee was highly appreciated. Erin did a wonderful job on my pedicure. She has great attention to detail and the massage was fabulous. I highly recommend visiting here!
