Teresa is lovely! I had my 1st ever colonic hydrotherapy. Teresa really put me at ease, explained the process from start to finish. Very professional, has a lovely treatment room at the end of her garden. Aftercare was given and advice on supplements to help me moving forward. I had a beautiful relaxing massage today with Theresa. Wow, everything was just perfect from the moment I walked through the door! Very calming massage room, the pressure was perfect, Theresa was very thorough on knowing what was best for me. You get to choose an oil that you like and that will be best for you, amazing! A really great experience. Teresa explains everything and had such a great knowledge. The advice and suggestions she made are also so useful. For something that can’t be a bit nerve wracking as a first timer she really did leave me calm and ready. Couldn’t recommend enough.
