I booked a couples massage for my son and me because we enjoy trying different spas together. The facility itself was clean, well-maintained, and the treatment rooms were nicely set up. My son enjoyed his massage and had no complaints. He was happy with his therapist, and I tipped accordingly. Unfortunately, my experience was very different.
