Chrissy and her number one assistant are amazing. They told me why it is important to not ignore hearing loss. My hearing aids had an issue, and one stopped working. They promptly returned them to the manufacturer to get fixed, and I had them back in less than one week. The maker of my hearing aids, Signa rebuilt them to like new condition. I highly recommend Pure Sound for quality testing and service.
