Had a great experience from start to finish with the process of going Solar with Pure Solar! Nathan Lewis, our sales guy, was able to answer all of our questions and even had the answers to the questions we didn't know we had! He walked us through the whole installation process and helped us know what tax rebates we could qualify for. The installers were on-time, quick, and courteous. My wife and I talked to several solar companies and felt like pure solar was the best fit after they custom designed the system for our needs. They listened to what we wanted to do because we were finishing our basement and wanted to make sure the system was sized correctly. They redesigned the system probably 3 times to make sure we had what we wanted. The sales rep was great and the install crew did clean work. Our experience with Pure Solar went incredibly well. We have had other solar companies come and offer their solution and never come back even when we were interested. That being said, Pure Solar made it easy for us to get solar by being accessible and explaining how exactly the process and the panels themselves work. I definitely recommend getting solar panels from Pure Solar.
