Great staff great experience. My toddler loved her experience and still plays with her treasure chest toy to this day, 3 months later. She is so proud that brushing her teeth gave her a great toy.
It took two months to find out if a procedure was covered, then after waiting I was told it would be an additional 3+ months to get a single tooth fixed. Terrible treatment. They never even called to keep me updated.
Two of my children had their first experience at Pure Smiles Pataskala on August 12th after our move to the area. They both get a bit anxious at dental appointments usually, but the first thing my son said when he came out was how nice everyone was and how comfortable he felt there. My daughter also had a good experience as well. Everyone we came into contact with was wonderful. Incredible staff, clean environment and very helpful with getting me to where I need to be with my dental health!
Everyone was very friendly and very good at explaining what was going to happen. They also gave time for questioning and open to options and can and will refer you if needed and they do what you want and ask. Very satisfied!
