I got aligners 2 yrs ago and wasn't very consistent on wearing them. I broke a tray and tried contacting them to replace it. Phone never goes through and later on found out they shut down due to covid. Kinda upset I spent $2,700 just to not have any customer service.

This company is great for straight teeth!! I have been with them for 6 weeks now and I have seen change in my teeth. Its an easy treatment and it can all be done at home which makes it even better especially during quarantine. I suggest that if you don't have teeth that are straight book an appointment and try them out!!

I had a gap between my two front teeth that I really wanted to fix, unfortunately, my parents couldn’t afford it at the time. Years later I hear of this place, and I immediately set up an appoint just because of the low price. The whole journey went smoothly, they gave me my aligners, and the gap slowly started to close. Now I’m on my last tray and I am completely happy with the results. Definitely would recommend for those who want braces but can’t or don’t want to pay 6000 or over for it.

Their only contact number rings aimlessly forever and then a lady called me back based on receiving a message of a missed call and was surprised to know that the only contact number on their website is the wrong one. If you live in BC, their clinics are only in Langley and Port Moody. They also refused to match their competitor price opposite to what they claim on their website.
