I’ve been going to Pure Smiles for many years and have always been hesitant to leave a review until now. With Dr. Shahbazi taking over the practice, my confidence has grown with each visit. Dr. Shahbazi and her staff are all very kind, personable, yet professional. I am always given the costs upfront to sign off on, and they never make me feel bad for holding off on any treatments. I had a very frustrating experience at checkout. After being at your office for over two hours, I was in a rush to leave to pick up my son. The front desk was on a phone call for several minutes while I stood there waiting to pay, even after I told her I needed to leave. On top of that, she repeatedly pressured me to sign a treatment plan that said “patient agrees to pay in full” for a service I never agreed to and had zero interest in presently. I had my initial visit today. I'm very impressed with the comprehensive evaluation of my needs, the options discussed and determining which method best meets my unique health needs. I was impressed with all the staff. Many of the methods in my care plan are extremely healthy and beneficial. I look forward to taking a holistic, high tech, and healthy approach to my dental needs and feel I'm in good hands. My DO recommended Pure Smiles and I trust his judgment. So far so good!
