SCAM: I booked a massage appointment through Booksy at Life Extender Clinic & Medspa and paid the required deposit as well as filled out a health history form that included full name, address and emergency contact information as well as I signed a release. When I arrived at the location for my appointment, the door was locked and the business appeared to be under construction. BEWARE - This business does not exist, they will take your deposit on various apps but the door is locked and the inside is under construction. Found a few numbers for this operation, all go directly to voicemail.
