UNCOURTEOUS AND IRRESPONSIBLE STAFF Received a groupon for a 90 minute massage as a birthday gift. Called the number to make an appointment 2 weeks out and notified I’d be using a groupon. Went to the appointment and was told by an older woman that she didn’t have me for an appointment, and that the other girls don’t work for her and she didn’t know. She ignored me after that and helped another client without any other thought or solution for me.
I can't say enough about Petie my esthetician. She's been in this business for years and is the best of the best! She knows all the techniques and has all the best stuff, and has made me personally look 10 years younger.... MICRONEEDLING!! .My skin is awesome. Thanks Petie!
