I had a wonderful massage with Tonya last month! She was in tune with what I needed and is a thoughtful massage therapist. The spaces and other staff at Pure were great too.
I have spent at least a couple thousand dollars here over the last year and would have previously recommended. However, recently they accepted an online booking and then called to tell me it couldn’t be honored. They offered to reschedule and told me they had an appointment the next day, after I had reorganized my schedule they told me then it was actually Thursday. So I said fine and accommodated again. What a wonderful spa and treatment! I recently tweaked my back, so I knew I needed some treatment at Pure. I spent some time in the wellness lounge (using the infrared sauna and salt room), then used the cold plunge/hydrotherapy shower, and finally had a 60 minute massage with Jessie Adair. My back feels better already!
I went in for my first visit today and seen Wanda. She listened to my concerns over having my brows waxed and tinted previously and asked me all the appropriate questions to get what i was wanting done right. She made suggestions and did a wonderful job!
