Workout was decent. Very cardio heavy. Having giant TVs playing the news in the class was off putting.

By far the best gym I’ve ever trained at, and I still haven’t found one that compares. Every trainer is exceptional, and the owner Sergei genuinely cares about each person’s progress and long term fitness journey.
