I have been endlessly trying to get an appointment for this salon for weeks without any luck. I have called at least 15 times, they NEVER pick up. I called in the morning, at noon, in the afternoon, in the evening. Nobody ever picks up. I left messages, nobody calls me back. It is crazy to see a business that doesn't want new clients like this one. Some other reviewer complained about the no answer in 2023 and the owner said they had phone issues.
