It’s unfortunate in 2023 business owners/people.Lost the ability to have the decency, respect towards people. They forget the power of word of mouth. Foremost if you have no intentions to return phone calls. Don’t put a message “ I’ll get back to you when I have time.” Just to make yourself look good. Also clean up your website so people are not calling someone that doesn’t work there.
