Pure Roofing (PR) replaced our next door neighbor’s roof due to hail damage. We were traveling when the storm occurred, but asked PR’s representative to inspect our roof. PR prepared an extensive photo survey in the company of our insurance agent. Based on their submission, USAA approved full roof replacement. PR’s front office was excellent with insurance coordination, and the work teams for Roof and Gutters were exceptional in the execution and left our property spotless each day.
