100% recommend Pure. They made a stressful situation so much easier to deal with. From the quick response time to how professional and kind they were, I felt like I was in good hands the whole time. What really stood out was how they followed up after the service to make sure everything was still good. I would definitely recommend them to anyone dealing with water damage or mold issues

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. Do not believe your insurance will cover most their outrageous cost. They may look professional but do not trust what they say. GET A FEW BIDS.

This company did a great job! I only needed to rent some equipment to dry it out a portion of my basement when my outdoor faucet failed. They were courteous, prompt, and helpful in the process. I highly recommend them when you’re in a bind and you need a good company to help you.

I was in a bind in that I had water damage and my insurance policy didn't cover the repairs. I did a quick search on water damage mitigation companies and Pure Restore, LLC. was suggested by a few in other reviews. I called them up and explained that I would be paying out of pocket for this and they worked with me in getting me a better rate along with steps I could take to cut costs. I can't thank the crew at Pure Restore enough. Waking up to water everywhere is a nightmare, but they stepped in and immediately lowered the stress levels. It’s rare to find a team that’s this professional while also being genuine and transparent people. They walked me through the whole process and never made me feel like I was bothering them. If you want the job done right by people who actually care, go with Pure.
