This was the 3rd company I had come out this morning. The first 2 were absolutely trying to charge as much as humanly possible. Thank goodness I called Pure. Krystal and Reuben were very professional and are trying to make this process as pain free and wallet friendly as they can (not demo first, dry later). I am so glad I persisted!

I’m a disabled autistic individual which everyone at Pure Restore knew. My basement was flooded with raw sewage due to the main city line having major maintenance issues (6 inch sewer mains should be 8 inch) I requested that Pure Restore deal with my parents because I was already under an insurmountable amount of stress and can’t handle and deal with them. Professional and very clean. A crew of three came in and went right to work. Covering all floors with protective plastic and set everything up in no time flat. I would use thing them no questions asked.
