Adan, Shayan, and the flooring guy Guillermo were all great. We had no issues with the guys coming in and working on our home even through the ups and downs we had. But the way the management treated me was genuinely shocking. I would not use this company again nor would I recommend it to others. Every apology was not genuine, I was talked to like I was a child. I am extremely grateful the project is finished Jaden and the water mitigation team were great. But due to issues with management I can’t give more than one star.

Gabriel and his team at Pure Restore were lifesavers, we called their team in the middle of the night. They came quickly and were completely professional and explained everything to help us understand the mitigation process. I would recommend to everyone.
Very unprofessional, my clients house being put out by the fire department when the Fire Recovery Manager of Pure Restore was on scene to contact the homeowner, I requested he leave as it was not appropriate time to discuss restoration due to the fact the fire just occured and the homeowners were traumatized and displaced. The homeowners were quite upset that they were contact by them and called them "ambulance chasers".
