Booking experience is terrible. I bought a Groupon to use, called the Spa only for no one to answer the first time and then listen to a long voicemail instructing me to TEXT a number to book. I texted with the required information and no response I called again got a hold of a lady said to text another copy with barcode and she proceeded to laugh at my message. This whole place is a scam they just stealing your money at this point . I would not recommend.
Got a Groupon for this place and was told to text them for an appointment. That was over 2 weeks ago and havent heard a peep since. Asked if they had any idea or rough time frame when an appointment might be available and they said they didn't. I dont often leave negative reviews but avoid this place at all costs. Very shady.
I bought a Groupon from them and I have called three times and texted them (as per instructions on the voicemail) and still have not heard a single word back from them. This is so unprofessional and ridiculous.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!! 🚨🚨 Been trying to contact someone for months to book a massage. Either they never responded or never confirmed an appointment time & date. So unprofessional.
