I booked here on Groupon. I’ve been calling to make an appt. NO ANSWer! I went to the address. No Spa in sight. Looks vacant. I only see a rehab center !
Negative 1000 stars for this place cause I got ripped off buying a Groupon and didn't receive the service. After purchasing a 90 minute massage for $78, I tried to schedule an appointment. Nobody answered the phone after repeated attempts. Then I went there hoping to grab a walk-in. It was a building with other businesses, but Pure Relaxation Day Spa didn't exist. We went for a couples massage. The place was very clean and the massage therapist were very professional. They did a wonderful job on my husband‘s lower back. It it was a overall very relaxing experience.

Did a couples massage with my partner, it was great and the ambiance was very therapeutic and relaxing! The ladies were very professional and thorough. I would highly recommend giving them a chance, don't judge a book by its cover!
