I had a Groupon to use for a facial. The merchant was unable to schedule me as she had just returned form being away for 3 weeks. She said she could not extend my Groupon date and I should contact Groupon who would refund my money. Bottom line.....Groupon will not return my messages so I am out the money. Just keep this in mind if using Groupon. The one star does not reflect the merchant just Groupon. I have read the great reviews and sad I was unable to take advantage of this service.
