I gave Pure Radiance Skin Care a bad review yesterday due to the service was contricting the form that they wanted me sign. The owner responded very defensively. She needs to accept constructive criticism, and move on. I did cancel my appointment on the same day due to the form they wanted me to sign. I was told to sign a form for a service that I was not getting. She needs to communicate with her staff so her they know what services they do offer their clients.
RecommendedShonna was great explained everything did what I wanted I even asked for her opinion really sweet n kind person I recommend going to her for your permanent make up 🙂

I was very disappointed with my second experience here. I had my initial permanent eyeliner appointment with the owner Michelle back in 2012 and it looked FABULOUS! I was hesitant to go with another person for my most recent eyeliner appointment but was persuaded by the receptionist to go with Savanah Salazar who was "the pro" at permanent eyeliner. I followed the pre-prep and aftercare instructions precisely (just like the time before with Michelle) but my eyeliner was non-existent at 3 weeks, 4 weeks, and still now at 7... read more

Friendly staffs, everyone seem to have a pleasant glow about them. The service was amazing, Miss Shonna Caddell worked her magic on my aching back. I will definitely come back again. I highly recommend this place.
I had a really great experience with microblading today. I love my eyebrows for the first time in my life. The girls were very professional and such a nice, clean, calm atmosphere. 5⭐'s I will definitely be back.

Michelle is a consummate professional who is passionate about her work. She created the perfect look for my daughter’s Senior Prom that my daughter said was “her favorite ever!” She has great ideas and makes sure you are comfortable. I’ve known her for over 20 years as a fellow military spouse and would highly recommend her services, she is awesome!
