The hygiene at Pure Prosthodontics was appalling. I noticed dirty tools being reused and the treatment room looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in days. I left feeling uneasy and ended up scheduling a follow-up elsewhere because I couldn’t trust their cleanliness standards.
My wife went in for a dental implant consultation and was quoted one price, but after the procedure, the bill was nearly double. The office staff refused to explain the additional charges and were extremely rude when we questioned it. This kind of bait-and-switch pricing is completely unethical.
I went to Pure Prosthodontics for a crown and ended up with severe pain for weeks. The dentist dismissed my concerns, claiming it was normal, but I later found out the crown was fitted incorrectly. The whole experience was rushed and unprofessional, making me regret choosing them for my dental needs.
