Nicky has helped me improve week on week which has increased my confidence using weights, and just exercising generally. She always explains the aim of each exercise so I understand what I'm doing and how to do it safely. I look forward to our sessions every week. Thanks Nicky!

Training with Nicky through pregnancy and with my new baby (from 6 weeks old!) has been an amazing experience - the sessions are fun, interesting, just the right level of challenging and if my baby needs a cuddle, she is there! Training with Nicky has been essential in my journey to re discover my fitness. She provides a safe and encouraging environment to re connect with your body whether you’re trying to get fit, strong or just getting back to normal after a baby.
Nicky has been absolutely brilliant. I came to her four months after having my first baby. Both my body and mental confidence had a hit and Nicky was very supportive and caring on both accounts. With Nicky's knowledge of postpartum and thought through bespoke programs I feel so much stronger and much more myself. Due to calendar conflicts we have taken a small pause but I look forward to going back come September/October time. Thank you Nicky!
