We love it here!
Great beers, super balanced and flavorful
I found this place through an app that counts calories from a photo of my drink. This beer fit my remaining calories for the day and tasted good. The space has a nice outdoor area for relaxing.
Lauren is the reason I'm writing this review. She works the taproom at Pure Project Carlsbad and she's just the best. Always smiling, genuinely happy to be there, and she knows every beer on the list inside and out. She'll take her time walking you through the tap list, no rushing, even on a busy night. Talking to her is genuinely one of the best parts of coming here. The rest of the staff at this location is great too, but Lauren is just especially great. And the beer backs it all up.
