I tried Pilates at a few studios and didn't really like it but someone told me to try Pure Pilates with Maribeth. Best decision ever! She is an excellent teacher, very knowledgeable, encouraging and patient. Whether she's doing individual or group classes she makes a point to get to know each persons limitations and will modify the exercises for that person. She is so patient, very supportive and makes the classes fun and relaxing. Highly recommend if you are looking for a great workout in a relaxed space!!
