I have been a customer for about two years now. It was initially ********* **** *********but was acquired by Pure Pest. My service went downhill after that. My main issue was that I was overcharged for services and only received passive responses from them. I am tired of trying to chase this down, which is why I am at the BBB site. The overcharge was due to them treating the outside of the home yet billing me for the inside as well.
