I have been a customer for about two years now. It was initially ********* **** *********but was acquired by Pure Pest. My service went downhill after that. My main issue was that I was overcharged for services and only received passive responses from them. I am tired of trying to chase this down, which is why I am at the BBB site. The overcharge was due to them treating the outside of the home yet billing me for the inside as well. Pure Pest is professional and reliable. They have taken care of all my pest control needs in a timely manner. No one likes to deal with creepy crawly critters, but they made me feel at ease through the whole process. I recommend them to anyone.
