Toots is the best at training my athlete. We drive out of our way to get to her and she’s well worth the drive. Looking forward to continuing this journey with her!!
I had a golf evaluation at this facility. Staff were very nice and knowledgeable, facility was clean and had all equipment you would need for a great workout. Friendly environment that makes exercise enjoyable :)
I’ve been working out for only a few weeks but have made some progress in my conditioning already. My trainer has been patient and careful to not overdo the workout while still pushing me to make progress.
