Normally a pleasant experience however on this occasion, the massage felt very rushed, no receptionist on, and my massage was interrupted to answer the door and was on the phone for 5 mins before returning to finish my massage. Not impressed at all. I did not feel relaxed in the end. Full attention should be made on giving the massage without interuptions, people come here to relax and let go. The therapist was really attentive and took the time to understand my concerns. I felt like they genuinely cared about helping me, and after the session, all my pain and soreness were much improved.
