Easily one of the worst places I lived. they were way over priced . You can't get your own Internet they charge you 65 to use their choppy Internet. They charged you for pest control which never showed up. They charged you for trash valet which would often not pick up your trash. They charged you for the electric bill for for the model apartments. Management was horrible. They never followed through on maintenance tickets. Flo is absolutely amazing
Proceed with caution! Our account was charged 2 months rent (over $3,000) in error. There's no sense of urgency in returning our money! We're almost a month without that money. Can you and your family survive that long based on someone else's mistake? Absolutely do not recommend!
Just moved in not long ago and I have 0 complaints!! The office staff Summer and Flo have been super helpful and really supportive and responsive! The gym is incredible and the rooms are very modern! I have yet to hear any noise from people above or below me! I would recommend anyone to these apartments, the community is very safe and the vibes are great!
I live at PURE and it is an amazing community. Everybody here is great! It’s a beautiful property! I wasn’t getting hot water for some reason, and I put in a service request, and within the hour David came and checked it out, and the breaker was flipped, so he fixed it for me! he was in and out in less then 5 min! Every encounter I’ve had with him has been a wonderful experience! I’ve very pleased with this community!
