UPDATED AFTER LIVING HERE FOR 10 MONTHS: My original 5-star review remains a solid 5-star review! A few updates since living here for a while: Mail and Packages I’ve never trusted my neighbors more with deliveries. It seems that there’s a general understanding from the people who live here to bring packages into the buildings and sometimes even put them on your door step. Don’t move here. My HVAC system has aspergillius mold in it and they refuse to have it properly cleaned. I have been complaining that I’m symptomatic bc I’m very allergic, they said I would need a formal test. So I paid $300 to prove there is mold in my unit at 50% higher counts than outside and they still refuse to clean the vents properly claiming it’s just not bad enough yet.
