I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Pure OKC. I have encountered multiple appliance issues in my apartment: my stackable washer and dryer have stopped working, my microwave caught fire, and now my refrigerator has unexpectedly ceased functioning. I reported the refrigerator malfunction on July 17 and visited the office on July 24, only to be told I wouldn’t be compensated for the $300 worth of food I lost. I have had a great experience at Pure Okc! The property is beautiful with great natural lighting and a welcoming atmosphere. Summer and Flo have been incredibly helpful and kind; they’re always quick to respond and go above and beyond to assist with anything I need. Highly recommend Pure to anyone looking for a great place to live!!
