Idk why people working at this clinic are so passive aggressive / impatient and make things so uncomfortable. Will not recommend to anyone…
Avoid at all costs, they tried to charge me for an annual exam (which was covered by insurance) and have been avoiding me for months. I've called and emailed with no luck. I've literally been dealing with this for over a year. It's just CRAZY
Worst bedside manners. Nurses are rude. I went to regular for annual exams. Then I am hit with "office visit" additional to the preventative services, even though I did not come with any concerns. I am fighting this with my insurance and the billing department. I'm definitely not using their services again, and I recommend that you be very cautious.
I’ve had a few appointments here and will not be returning. The appointments themselves are relatively timely and efficient, but the lack of follow up and the difficulty in reaching your provider afterwards to discuss results or get a prescription is incredibly frustrating. It can take multiple days to receive a response to a message. I also don’t feel like my concerns were taken seriously or further evaluated when I told two of the doctors that the medication they were prescribing me was NOT working.
