“By far the worst experience I’ve ever had getting my nails done. After I received my pedicure, I was completely ignored for hours. I literally spent 5 hours in the nail shop waiting to get my nails done. I even asked Vincent how much longer it would be, and he deliberately ignored me. The ONLY person who made the situation better was a young lady named Yasmine. She stepped in, was incredibly kind and professional, and did an amazing job on my nails. If it wasn’t for her, this experience would have been a complete disaster.”
I love the staff at this nail salon. So kind and polite.. and always walk away happy with my nails and toes
The head spa was not relaxing at all. It had its good moments but overall it was more painful than relaxing. She scrubbed really hard with her nails even though she had on gloves, I could still feel them really hard against my scalp. Barely did massage on scalp. The facial was low budget. She did do a double cleanse it felt like but to top it off with a sheet mask just gave low budget to me. Was recommended by my God Niece.. And truly had a great experience.. definitely will recommended coming.. very pleasant atmosphere.. ☺️
