Very odd experience here! I booked a gel manicure, showed up, and was told they do not file nails ever in gel manicures. I asked if they could file a small amount to shape (not even cut or anything big), as they had a file drill sitting on the table in front of us. The person working there said no, they don’t file nails ever. So I left! Super weird
Very good service and friendly staff
I visited this salon for a mani/pedi and was disappointed with the results. The nail polish application lacked precision, each nail was shaped differently, and the polish was uneven. Additionally, my cuticles were left jagged and appeared unclean, which detracted from the overall appearance. The attention to detail and did not meet my expectations. I hope the salon takes this feedback into consideration to improve their services.
Kind, happy staff and calm atmosphere. I like their techniques. Very pleased with my gel manicure. Most importantly the manicure looks clean, is durable and doesn't chip from here, in each of my experiences.
