I got my nails done today here around 11am. I’m really happy with my nails! I wish I grabbed the name of the woman who did them. She was very kind and made sure I liked my nails every step of the way. The nails are also very neat and not messy, which I had issues with before at other salons. I also didn’t feel rushed, she took her time to make it look good, and I appreciate it. I have been coming to this nail salon more than once a month for over half a year. However, this time I am truly disappointed. The nail technician who worked on me was very rude and unfriendly. She hurt my hands a lot, and I showed several times that I was in pain, but she did not try to be more gentle at all. At one point, my finger even started bleeding, but she did not say sorry or show any concern. In terms of service, when I asked for a color I wanted, she said the salon did not have it. I love this salon! The nail techs have always been friendly and professional. I took my family here when they visited from out of town and they joked that they’d have to fly out more often to get their nails done! I’ve never had a problem with their gel manicures or pedicures. The paraffin is also a nice treat :)
There are other places that offers better service for the same amount of money. Result is so-so okay. Not the best but not the worst. Dont expect much. Come here if you’re not too particular about how they do your nails.
