very kind people but a little disappointed, nail tech didn’t let me wash hands before he painted it after drilling off the acrylic causing there to be acrylic. Dust underneath the paint on my nails annd also failed to file the acrylic that went under the nails. Very kind and I am sure is trying very hard just a warning and maybe advice to train a bit better! He could have been new just hard to pay so much money for something not so great (and no sadly the bumps in the pic are not sparkles i got chrome powder over the acrylic... read more
Called same day for lash appointment, was told 2pm got there the employee is acting weird and says tech had am emergency. I said then you should have called to cancel appt. WEIRD VIBES must be why reviews are bad!
You can tell the employees are not trained. Everything you want done Is another 5.00. Would not recommend
Pedicures gone bad had to wait 3 hours My friend and I went there a week ago. I called and got an apt for 4pm for 2 pedicures. We got there and had to wait 20 minutes to even get seated in the massage chairs. Then we waited another 2 hours and 10 minutes for them to do the pedicure. When the guy that did my toes found out we had been the they finally asked us if we wanted water. They did the pedicure and we left. 1 week later my polish is off.
