On time, quick/quality service, professional, polite, informative and reasonably priced... this checks all of the boxes I had for this kind of service. I was very impressed.
I just got all the air ducts cleaned and they did an excellent job. The pricing was the same as we discussed on the phone when setting up, no hidden fees, additional charges or up selling. They were professional, respectful and explained everything, even providing before and after pictures. I read the reviews before deciding on Pure Mitten and they did not disappoint. Highly recommend.
Jon and Ethan did a fantastic job on my 2 dryer vents with 1 that hadn't been cleaned in over 30 years! They are very thorough cleaning out both vents! Very personable too! Will be calling again!
