I recently visited Pure Med Spa in Oak Brook for the first time, and my experience was extremely disappointing. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was unwelcoming — I wasn’t greeted, and no one asked me to fill out paperwork as a new client, which was surprising and unprofessional. My injector, Nicole, did not introduce herself — I had to ask her name. She wasn’t wearing gloves, did not wash her hands, and immediately began the treatment. Cannot recommend Sandra enough! She has been a pivotal part of my skin journey. She is extremely knowledgeable about products, treatments, and working with varied skin complexions.
I have been coming here for a couple of years and get my filler done by Nicole. The staff is amazing and I always leave looking and feeling great. Never pressured in to getting more than what is needed. Definitely worth a visit!
You guys KELLY was the absolute best! I encourage all to ask for her, she’s usually there the last Monday of each month! ( for booking references) She was so understanding & so knowledgeable! I felt safe in her hands! I got botox in my forehead area and I actually got Botox in my nasal area as well to help prevent flaring. She was so gentle! She even squeezed me in today as I didn’t have an appointment set up prior. I felt so welcomed and cared for.
