Had a great experience — first time at this location and so nice!! Russul was amazing, so skilled and made me feel super comfortable the whole time. Loving my results so far. Amyla at the front desk was super sweet and made the whole process so smooth.
I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I have been a long-time client of Sara's and she is the only injector who has worked on my lips in the last 5/6 years. After waiting two years since my last filler appointment, taking a full day of PTO from work, and driving to my appointment, I was ultimately denied service. I was charged for a 1 full mL syringe, then saw on social media a couple months later that she charges a flat fee and basically puts the amount she thinks is appropriate in there? You pay for the injector not the amount… so I spent $700 and some change and have no idea how much was actually put into my lips. No conversation was given about VO (vein occlusion) risks etc prior. I was told no kissing/lip touching for 24-48 hours. I followed that exactly and even extended it to 2 weeks and a couple days later noticed migration. ... read more
