Dr. Klenke is an excellent plastic surgeon. I have had about 5 surgeries with her due to skin cancers. I have always been 100% happy. Dr. Klenke and all of her staff are very professional. They respect my time and get me in on my appointed time. We are so blessed to have Pure Medical Spa available so close by!!
Pure Medical Spa constantly changes your appointment time. They do not care if it inconveniences you or impacts your schedule, they just move the times to what is convenient for them. I tried to cancel and get my money back when the new times and days didn't work for me, but they refused. Watch out for shoddy customer service practices.
Unethical billing practices-watch out
Got micro-blading done here a couple of months ago and could NOT be happier with the results. After having a bad experience somewhere else the year prior, I was pretty nervous, but she did an amazing job! It looks natural and is exactly the shape I asked for. I will definitely be going here for other treatments after having such a great experience. All of the staff I encountered was very friendly and welcoming. Also, very reasonably priced - at least for micro-blading. Highly recommend.

I love looking younger! 😀 Dr Klenke helps me get there! The staff is always welcoming and all of the new procedures they offer are quite affordable !
