Nurse injector Simran Kaur, is more than Professional. From Start to finish my experience at pure med spa was worth it. She is educated on products, as well as being honest with what best suits your facial features. Very comfortable atmosphere and informative staff if you have any questions as well. Dont wait! Michael was so personable and gentle with the Botox. Great experience.
Drove a half hour after work and they were closed. Yes I was five minutes late but they should have called if they wouldn’t be available. Last time I was there, they were running 30 minutes late.
My first experience back in February at the Roscoe Village location with Michael was amazing, and I loved my results. I returned in June and had a different injector and got even more units of tox than I had the first visit, and I unfortunately did not have the same results as part of my forehead was left untreated. I will go back, but I’m asking for Michael next time! I’m pretty bummed I bought more units than I had the previous time, and now I’m going to have to pay even more to get it fixed when it should have been plenty... read more
