I had a great experience with Mia. Even though I arrived late, she was very professional and still did an amazing job. She took her time to explain everything to me and made sure I felt comfortable. The results were beautiful, and I’m very happy. Highly recommend her!
I would give 5 Stars but the last time I went in my experience was horrendous! If it had been my first time, I would’ve never come back. Fortunately, my previous experiences have been great. Tricia has done my IPL facials and she has such a gentle approach. She listens to her clients concerns and genuinely cares. Sandra is truly amazing. My twin girls were really nervous about getting laser hair removal, and she was so kind, patient, and sensitive with them that the whole experience ended up being great. She always goes above and beyond, not just with them but with me as well. I’m so glad I found Pure Medical Spa and such a wonderful person like Sandra. Highly recommend!
I recently visited Pure Med Spa in Oak Brook for the first time, and my experience was extremely disappointing. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was unwelcoming — I wasn’t greeted, and no one asked me to fill out paperwork as a new client, which was surprising and unprofessional. My injector, Nicole, did not introduce herself — I had to ask her name. She wasn’t wearing gloves, did not wash her hands, and immediately began the treatment. Had such a great diamond glow facial with Tricia, she really took the time out to address my concerns, explained the procedure step by step, also gave me a massage while the mask was drying! She was so knowledgeable, very gentle with her hands. My skin feels amazing, will be coming back again!
