My experience at this med spa started off extremely disappointing due to the care I received from the esthetician, SANDRA From my very first visit, she appeared rushed and unprofessional. When I checked in, she was taking phone calls instead of greeting or assisting me. She simply told me to go to the last room and grab a towel without explaining where the towels were or walking me back. I’ve now had the face-tightening facial with Tricia twice, and I can’t say enough good things. She is truly amazing — very professional and takes the time to explain exactly what she’s doing throughout the entire service. After she finished, I honestly felt like I had just received a facelift. Kelli is amazing! She’s knowledgeable, SO kind, and truly listens to your vision without ever pressuring you. Honest about what works (and what’s too much), she makes you feel safe and explains what she is doing. Everything was very clean and professional, and her competence really shows in her work.
