This company just told my husband “ We don’t need your business and don’t call again” because we were wanting to straighten out a billing issue. They were trying to bill for an extra month. They could not pick up a bed after two months that we had paid for because they had no diver. Days later they picked up and now charged us an extra month. I am posting this because I am the actual purchaser of the scooter that Francine Horn’s review was referring to. I bought the scooter with $2000 of my money. I still have it. It works great. My daughter did not lie about the cover. It was missing and has been replaced end of story. However at this point please stop trying to make your business look good by posting the fact my daughter lost a video. She shouldn’t have to even prove it was missing. You are very unprofessional.
