I received a text when Zack was on his way. I explained to him our issues and what a previous company had said was wrong. He replaced the fuse and checked it multiple times and it was working, but when he was packing up the the unit stopped again. He got his stuff back out and kept searching for the issue. He found that the drain pan was backed up shutting it off so he went in the crawlspace to examine the drain pipe. He was able to unclog it and got things working. He was very thorough Definitely recommend!
