They were wonderful! Showed up in time! Greeted with a smile and updated us on everything we needed to do for our system.

The company I have used for several gave me the news that I needed a new furnace. There was a list of things gone bad and this all happen ed in a very short time. I was told that it was out of freon and it needed several new parts. The new furnace was priced at $10,000 dollars. I asked Pure Heating if they would give me a second opinion and they came the same day. They checked it and said I did not need a new furnace. They found a small drill hole in the freon line. Thank you Pure Heating.
Pure Heating and Air have been amazing! They are always quick to follow up when you schedule an appointment through their website. The business I work at had no heat on one side of the studio due to the unit not working correctly and hasn't for some time. We'd been having issues with it for quite some time and had other companies out to "fix" it but it continued to be an issue.
