I am pretty sure Stacey gives the best deep tissue massage in the city. Her knowledge of muscle groups and skill with various techniques provides a good balance of relief and release. I'm sure she'd give a great relaxation massage if that's what you wanted, but I personally go for targeted tension/knot relief and she always does a great job. She's kind and professional, and also adaptive in her technique to what you need at any given time. Stacey has been a huge part of successful rehab for the injuries I had. She keeps my training moving in the right direction and allows me to work more pain free.

Stacey is great and can definitely deal with those knots and strains. Im physically active and usually get a niggle here and there, after visiting Stacey, I feel a lot better and am ready to smash training again soon after. She is also an athlete and understands what a lot of physically active individuals go through.
