We had a great experience with Pure Maintenance when they came out to inspect a house we were planning on purchasing. I had already paid for another inspector to walk the house and do a more general inspection, and this was purely for alleviating our concerns about mold in the home. Jeff and co are true salt of the earth people. Jeff is very honest about all that goes into the mold remediation business and I appreciated the fact that he dispelled a lot of the alarm around mold while at the same time being realistic about my own situation. He could very well play in people’s fear and use it to his advantage like a lot of companies do but what you see is what you get with Jeff and that’s an honest business man with a heart of gold. Pure Maintenance / MTN PUR treated our townhome like it was their own and made a stressful water damage mold situation much easier to handle. They were friendly as if I had known them for years, extremely knowledgeable, and most importantly honest. It was easy to see the genuine desire to put the customer first which isn’t found in many companies these days. Very refreshing to have someone to trust in when dealing with mold issues. I would highly recommend this company!

Jeff was a pleasure to work with! Did a thorough job on the inspection of some mold in our attic. Ran some tests and took the time to walk through processes, best practices, and more for a safe/clean home. He sent over some additional information and took the time to answer every question. Project execution was a quick turnaround and he was in and out without any disturbance. Would highly recommend.

Finding out you have mold can be devastating and expensive. When I called Jeff at Pure Maintenence he responded quickly. He is very personable and communicative which made the process a lot less stressful. He explained the process and how he doesn't use harmful chemicals. In addition, if you need contract work done he has contacts he refers (who also did a fantastic job). It was all very streamlined and efficient.
