I called Greg to talk through mold testing options and his company’s remediation approaches and he spent a lot of time answering so many questions of mine. We scheduled an inspection and he came out and completed a visual inspection and took 3 air samples for us. After the results were received, he spent another 30 minutes discussing them with us and answering even more questions! I had a great experience with Pure Maintenance of Ohio from start to finish. Their customer service was excellent, and they responded quickly and urgently when I needed help. The work made a noticeable improvement in the air quality in my home, which was exactly what I was hoping for.
