I appreciated the friendly office staff, who promptly returned my call. I also liked it that they were a small, local company. Greg was FANTASTIC! My family and I are in the process of buying a new home and mold was suspected on our general inspection. Greg got us in last minute as we had a short remedy period and he was able to come and test the home out for us. He made my family feel SEEN and truly cared for as he didn't just inspect the home just to quickly get his job done but he inspected as if his own family was living in the home which made us feel safe. Gregory was very courteous n explained everything in great detail. Very knowledgeable n I actually learned quite a bit about mold issues.
Greg came to do some some mold samples on our apartment. He was respectful, informative and actually listened to what we were explaining. He did the samples, and then told us he would send the samples he collected would be rushed. He was friendly and finished before we even knew it. I would use Greg again with any upcoming issues.
Absolutely fantastic experience with Greg and his team. Great communication and very easy scheduling. None of the frills, bells and whistles. Just a solid, economical solution to mold issues. Absolutely recommend to anyone who needs to have this service provided.
